Fell’s Point Oyster Fest Opens September 11 With a New Shucking Competition

Fell’s Point Oyster Fest returns to Broadway Square from Friday, September 11, through Sunday, September 13. Presented by Kooper’s Tavern, the Baltimore waterfront event combines oysters, live music, local vendors, and family-friendly activities. This year’s new attraction is a Saturday shucking competition with Oyster Recovery Partnership. The organizer says the contest will bring regional oyster shuckers together to demonstrate their speed and skill.
