Ravens Secure Their Owings Mills Headquarters for Decades

Professional football training fields and team headquarters in Owings Mills, Maryland.

The Baltimore Ravens are strengthening their long-term commitment to Baltimore County.

The organization and Baltimore County announced an agreement Tuesday designed to keep the Ravens’ team headquarters and training complex in Owings Mills for decades. The agreement includes a significant investment in the facility and extends the relationship between the franchise and the surrounding community.

The Owings Mills complex serves as the center of the Ravens’ year-round football operation. It houses coaching offices, player-development facilities, practice fields, meeting rooms, rehabilitation resources and several of the departments responsible for managing the franchise.

Keeping the headquarters in Baltimore County provides stability for team employees, nearby businesses and community organizations that have developed relationships with the Ravens.

The announcement arrives as veterans report for the beginning of the 2026 training-camp period under first-year head coach Jesse Minter. The team’s first full practice is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29.

The long-term Owings Mills agreement is separate from the renovation work underway at M&T Bank Stadium, but the two investments collectively reinforce the franchise’s commitment to remaining in the Baltimore region.

Why the Agreement Matters

The Ravens are one of Maryland’s most visible sports organizations and a major driver of regional employment, tourism and economic activity. Maintaining the team’s headquarters in Baltimore County preserves an important institutional presence beyond game days.

The facility also regularly supports youth-football initiatives, charitable programs, community partnerships and special events.

PowerPage Take

Franchise stability is about more than where a team plays its home games. By committing to its Owings Mills operation for the long term, the Ravens are signaling that their business, football and community roots will remain connected to the Baltimore region.
