Ravens Open First Full Training-Camp Practice to Fans Today

The Baltimore Ravens begin their first full-team training-camp practice open to the public today, officially moving the franchise into its most important evaluation period before the preseason.

Veterans reported Tuesday, July 28. Approximately 2,000 fans are expected at each open practice at the Under Armour Performance Center in Owings Mills, although advance passes have already been claimed.

The session represents the first opportunity for supporters and reporters to see the full roster working under head coach Jesse Minter’s new staff.

Attention will center on Lamar Jackson and the offense, the development of Baltimore’s revamped pass rush and competition at several unsettled positions. The Ravens added veteran defensive talent during the offseason while building a unit designed around Minter’s aggressive approach.

Baltimore will hold 12 open practices in Owings Mills. The team is also scheduled to conduct an open practice at the University of Maryland on Saturday, August 1, followed by its preseason opener against the Philadelphia Eagles on August 15 at M&T Bank Stadium.
