The Wu-Tang Clan Thanksgiving halftime show will bring the Staten Island collective to Detroit’s holiday football stage on Thursday, November 26th. The Lions announced the booking on November 1st for their game against the Chicago Bears at Ford Field.

The team’s 87th Thanksgiving Day Classic will air nationally on CBS, with kickoff set for 1 p.m. Eastern. Halftime follows the game’s first two quarters, so the performance does not have a separate fixed start time.

Eminem and Paul Rosenberg return as executive producers for the second year of their multiyear partnership with the Lions. Their role includes selecting the show’s talent. Actor and recording artist Antonio Cipriano is scheduled to perform the national anthem.

A national stage after The Final Chamber

The booking extends a year of major live appearances for Wu-Tang. Live Nation announced a 26-city North American return for Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber, with a schedule running from August 27th through October 4th and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony billed as special guests at most stops.

That touring history gives the Thanksgiving appearance a different setting: a televised halftime performance instead of a full concert. The Lions’ announcement does not provide a set list or identify surprise guests, so neither should be treated as confirmed.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame lists Wu-Tang Clan in its 2026 performer class. Its profile traces the group’s influence to the 1993 debut Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) and highlights the business structure that let members pursue separate label deals while remaining part of the collective.

That combination of shared identity and distinct solo careers helps explain the breadth of Wu-Tang’s catalog. The holiday booking gives viewers another opportunity to see that collective identity on a national stage.
