MTA Adds Express Shuttles for Thursday’s Ravens–Jaguars Game

MTA Ravens shuttles will give fans additional ways to reach Thursday night’s game against Jacksonville. In its November 4 travel announcement, the Maryland Transit Administration says express buses will begin operating at 5:30 p.m. November 5 from four Light Rail stops to Camden MARC Station.
The departure locations are Timonium Fairgrounds, Lutherville, North Linthicum and Glen Burnie/Cromwell. Downtown drop-off is at the curb in front of the Camden train platform. After the game, fans using the express service should return to Camden to board their shuttles.
Plan the return trip before kickoff
MTA’s current service alert includes an important provision for a long game: if play extends beyond 11:30 p.m., trains will continue operating for up to one hour after the game ends. The agency asks passengers to get to the platforms promptly. Express shuttles will also be available after regular train service ends.
The published regular Light Rail departure times are 11:30 p.m. northbound and midnight southbound. Stadium/Federal Hill and Camden are the closest Light Rail stops to M&T Bank Stadium, with service listed at 15- to 20-minute intervals. Travelers heading to BWI should leave the train at North Linthicum and transfer to the MTA airport shuttle.
Metro Subway is another option. Charles Center is the closest station; MTA directs fans toward its west entrance at Charles Street, then along Baltimore Street toward CFG Bank Arena and the stadium. Free parking is available at several Metro stations, including Owings Mills, Old Court and Mondawmin.
Bus alternatives include CityLink Navy, Yellow and Brown, plus LocalLink 51, 54, 73, 76 and 94. MTA recommends the Transit app for trip planning and CharmPass for mobile fares. Match the return route to the station where you parked rather than assuming every downtown boarding point serves the same destination.
Check MTA’s live alert before leaving, since operating conditions can change. The agency’s information line is 410-539-5000. PowerPage’s Power Beat coverage follows practical Baltimore transportation and community updates.
