Mexico and Colombia Will Bring MexTour to Baltimore

International soccer is returning to M&T Bank Stadium with a matchup between two of the Americas’ leading national teams.

Mexico will face Colombia in Baltimore on Saturday, September 26, as part of the 2026 MexTour. The game will mark the tour’s first Baltimore appearance during its 23-year history.

It will also be the head-coaching debut of Mexican soccer legend Rafael Márquez. Because the match falls within an official FIFA international window, organizers expect both countries to bring leading players from their national-team rosters.

Mexico and Colombia have played 29 times. Their series is tied with ten victories apiece and nine draws, although Colombia won their most recent meeting 4–0 in October 2025.

The teams are also closely matched in the FIFA rankings provided with the announcement, with Mexico ranked 10th and Colombia 11th.

Tickets are scheduled to go on sale Wednesday, August 5, at 10 a.m. through the official MexTour ticketing website.

M&T Bank Stadium has previously hosted CONCACAF Gold Cup matches and held its first Major League Soccer regular-season game earlier in 2026. The approximately 70,000-seat venue now has another opportunity to demonstrate Baltimore’s ability to support major international soccer events.

The tour continues September 29 with Mexico facing Peru in New Jersey before concluding October 6 against Chile in Los Angeles.
