Halle Adds Five Songs and a Lucky Daye Duet to Love?… or Something Like It
Halle has added another chapter to her debut album. Love?… or Something Like It (Deluxe), released October 23 through Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records, expands the project with five songs and brings Lucky Daye into the conversation.
The expanded release arrives around the first anniversary of the original album, which came out October 24, 2025. Apple Music lists the deluxe at 20 songs and approximately 55 minutes, giving returning listeners a clearly defined set of additions alongside the existing record.
The five additions
The new selections are “leave me blue,” “don’t leave,” “love or something like it” featuring Lucky Daye, “potion” and “way out.” The title-track pairing is the guest moment to flag for R&B listeners following both singers.
Rather than treating the edition as an entirely separate album, the release extends the story introduced by Halle’s debut. The anniversary timing makes it an opportunity to return to that project and then hear how the added songs sit beside it.
A new duet to spend time with
The official visualizer for the Lucky Daye collaboration provides a direct way into the expanded set. Bongo ByTheWay and BonxuBlessedIt are credited with producing the title track, according to Rated R&B’s coverage of the release.
For listeners coming in through the duet, the complete deluxe is available through Halle’s official album page, with links to the major streaming services. That destination also makes it easier to locate the expanded edition rather than accidentally landing on the original 15-song version.
The five-song addition is the news here: more material from Halle, a featured exchange with Lucky Daye and a fresh reason to revisit the debut. The full track list lets fans decide whether to start with the new songs or hear the project again from the beginning.
