The Ravens will face Tennessee without Trey Hendrickson, but Lamar Jackson is clear to play. Baltimore’s final injury report on Friday, October 2nd, ruled out the outside linebacker after a procedure on his finger and removed Jackson’s game designation ahead of Sunday’s matchup at M&T Bank Stadium.

According to the Ravens final injury report, Ronnie Stanley remains questionable with a toe injury, while Zay Flowers is questionable with a hamstring issue. Stanley did not practice Friday and Flowers was limited; head coach Jesse Minter described those decisions as rest. Neither designation guarantees that the player will miss the game.

Chris Moore is also questionable with an ankle injury. Offensive linemen Jovaughn Gwyn and Ethan Pocic have been ruled out. Jackson’s removal from the report closes the question raised by his limited participation earlier in the week, while Baltimore still has decisions to make around him.

Hendrickson’s absence puts attention on Mike Green’s expanding role. The second-year edge defender is in line to start and build on a workload that reached 47 percent of Baltimore’s defensive snaps against New Orleans in Week 2. He recorded a sack in that game after finishing his rookie season with 3.5 sacks and 41 tackles.

Ethan Burke could also receive his first regular-season defensive snaps. His preseason included six tackles, a sack, two forced fumbles and two passes defended across three games. That gives Baltimore another young option, although a promising August performance is different from replacing an established starter in a meaningful Sunday rotation.

The Ravens–Titans game preview lists kickoff for Sunday, October 4th, at 1 p.m. ET. CBS coverage is available locally on WJZ 13 in Baltimore and WUSA 9 in the Washington area. Derrick Henry is set to face Tennessee for the first time since joining Baltimore in 2024, adding a personal storyline to an afternoon already shaped by lineup changes.
