New Hip-Hop Friday October 16th, 2026: A$AP Rocky, Gucci Mane and Tierra Whack
New Hip-Hop Friday October 16th, 2026 brings A$AP Rocky, Gucci Mane and Tierra Whack into a six-song selection of this week’s releases. The set moves between solo records and collaborations, with reggie, Jeremih, Skepta, YG, Mozzy and BigXthaPlug among the featured voices.
Start with Rocky’s new single, then move into Gucci’s album and Tierra’s expanded project. We have chosen one recording from each lead act, leaving room for different artists rather than filling the roundup with several cuts from the same release. The player below offers previews and direct links to the complete songs.
A$AP Rocky — “Shroom Clouds (feat. reggie & Jeremih)”
A$AP Rocky opens with “Shroom Clouds,” featuring reggie and Jeremih. Released October 16th through A$AP Rocky Recordings, the single runs just over three minutes. Its two guests make this the opening collaboration to explore before moving into the week’s album selections.
Gucci Mane — “Back against the wall”
Gucci Mane’s “Back against the wall” comes from Against All Odds, released October 15th. The solo selection gives this roundup an entry point into the new album, keeping the focus on Gucci before the lineup turns back toward guest-heavy records.
Tierra Whack — “SCARECROW”
Tierra Whack adds “SCARECROW” to WHACK’S MUSEUM (DELUXE). The track’s October 16th release date distinguishes it from the earlier material on the expanded album. It is the fresh addition to hear here, rather than a repeat of the original release’s songs.
fakemink & Skepta — “Chiltern Firehouse .”
fakemink and Skepta share the billing on “Chiltern Firehouse .,” an October 16th single through EtnaVeraVela. The pairing gives the selection a UK-rap stop between its American album cuts. Follow the full-song link to hear the complete collaboration.
Ackrite, YG & Mozzy — “So Real”
Ackrite, YG and Mozzy come together on “So Real,” another October 16th single. With three artists sharing the lead credit, it offers a different collaborative setup from the guest-feature format that opens the roundup. All three names appear in the matching player entry.
Fredo Bang — “Say Please (Don't Leave Me Lonely) [feat. BigXthaPlug]”
Fredo Bang closes with “Say Please (Don’t Leave Me Lonely),” featuring BigXthaPlug, from Laugh Now Cry Later. The newly released album contains solo songs as well, but this partnership is our pick for listeners deciding where to begin with the project.
